We’re both now signed up at the gym and did Pump 61 on Mon. I found it a little harder than last week, perhaps due to a week of skanking and furniture building. In order to break the lazy streak, I went back on Tues for RPM and did the 10km rowing challenge again today. Mark will have to update me on his times and progress, as I am managing to keep my average for the 4000m leg at 1.58min per 500m. It’s hard to stay motivated enough to keep going for the hour it takes to complete, but I will persevere! Yesterday we did RPM 34 - the new release. I won’t write a full review as I’m not as familiar with the track structuring. The main thing is it has good music and some killer never-ending hill climbs. You can check out the full details on the official website.
Since it’s the weather for lounging - sorry to rub it in - we’ve been using our back yard a bit. We have an under cover patio area with tropical plants and a small lawn. The owners didn’t tell us there was a fishpond with a couple of goldfish in it. I hope they won’t be too upset if the cats take an interest in them! As promised a while back I’ve posted a picture below and you can see the rest here.

Hi Ric good to hear your back on line you have a really nice house thanks for the pics also glad your still keeping the gyming up
Hi Rick, glad you’re keeping up with the challenges. Finally, the rowing machines at FF have been hoovered out (this was my excuse for not doing the challenge!), and I did the 10,000 meter rowing challenge. I couldn’t face doing 4,000 metres at once, so just did it in 2,000 meter intervals. However, in hindsight, doing it before Pump was not advisable - as Mark F would say, aawwww! Mark F and I need to restart the other challenges, which we have not been doing since your departure!

Richard is in the process of looking for a house like yours, (with Joy of course) so please forward any suggestion you may have. He sits at his pc and stares at your house pics day in day out.
I’ll leave this in your safe hands, at this moment in time Rich is very delicate so please be gentle in you reply.
Anything to help a distressed brother out, you know me Rick.
