Finally, the rowing machines at FF have been hoovered out (this was my excuse for not doing the challenge!), and I did the 10,000 meter rowing challenge. I couldn't face doing 4,000 metres at once, so just did it in 2,000 meter intervals. However, in hindsight, doing it before Pump was not advisable - as Mark F would say, aawwww!
