Happy Easter

Happy Easter one and all. I hope you are all well and eating lots of chocolate – after all, it is good for you!
Here the traditional Easter bunny has been replaced by the Bilby. This is an endangered marsupial that looks a little like a rabbit in that they both have large ears. For obvious reasons, rabbits aren’t particularly popular here, so the bilby has replaced them as a national mascot and Easter symbol.
So popular in fact that the local premier chocolatier produces them. Many thanks to Mick and Vicki (Regan’s folks) for this one:
