Some clouds have a silver coating too

Moving to the Royal Adelaide Hospital new year may be a better prospect than I originally imagined. There are rumours from a couple of sources that the entire hospital may be relocated, i.e.: rebuilt and has a huge pot of money allocated to it.
This is great news from my point of view as it means they would build a state of the art intensive care unit with all the mod-cons and toys that make the job more interesting. Also a rebuild would raise the profile of the hospital nationally and make my CV look more impressive.
Here’s a map of Adelaide.
You can see the hospital site in the top right corner of the CBD. To provide some scale for how big the hospital campus is, the city centre is only a mile square. I’ll put up some real photos of the place in due course.
This move will also mean more exercise as my current ride to work is only 3 kilometres, whereas the Royal Adelaide is closer to 7 kilometres away, which means I can eat more chocolate to compensate!
P.S: thanks to Vicki for making me aware of this story

Hi Ric good to hear that the job side of things are looking good for you looks quite a big scale on the map.We will let you off if you have to eat chocolate if your cycling further
