The girl is back in town

You’ll be happy to know that Regan has returned safely from England. By all accounts she had a good time and was pleased to catch up with you all. It has also meant more photos of the new arrival. I have been assured that Elliot has not awakened any maternal instincts in Regan despite this photo suggesting to the contrary.
The “gym buddies” managed a good turnout for a meal, which was appreciated. Apparently not doing Pump for almost a month leaves you a bit underconditioned and makes the following class very uncomfortable. Still I’m sure exercising at LFE must have brought back some pleasant memories. I’m looking forward to joining you there next year for a few sessions, as I understand there has been some skanking in my absence. I think the hour-challenge will have to be revived as well as a return to the 6 sessions-a-week schedule. We’re hoping to make the trip in August next year, assuming our accumulated air miles to pay for upgrades from cattle class.
