Below-average human or brilliant beast?

This charge has been levelled at Homer, but I think it is apt for another person of questionable taxonomy.
Since his inauguration there has been much debate as to whether George Walker Bush is human or actually a strategically shaved chimpanzee. The curiosity has reached the point that an industrious individual has devoted a website to the subject. It has created a cultural phenomenon to the point that a left-wing blog dubbed itself “The Smirking Chimp”, the Belgian government included a comparision photo in a training manual, and Homer watched “Hail to the Chimp“. Make your own minds up.

Whether Bush is indeed homo sapiens or not, he still presents himself as an intellectually sub-normal boor. Perhaps he is not a natural public speaker or has a variant of dyslexia, but his malapropisms and mispronounciations have become legendary as “Bushims“. These have been collated and published by Jacob Weisburg, and are also available here.
Rumours of his stupidity lead to a story surfacing that he had bested a laboratory ape in an IQ test, though it is most likely satirical. If you want to test your wits against Dubya then play Tic-Tac-Toe against him.
If you haven’t already laughed at George enough, then there is a comprehensive collection of cartoons here.
