I found a short video clip on the LesMills website - click here to go there. It features Glen Ostergard and Susan Tolj, the new directors of BodyPump, talking about what BP64 holds in store for us. Unfortunately I can’t post the movie here directly as it would be a breach of their copyright.
The workshops are not far off so we should have the launch soon. My review will of course appear here forthwith.
