I just started BodyPump 65 at my gym in Harvey, Louisiana, USA last week, and I am surprised how much I love it. I searched for the soundtrack and found your blog. Thanks for posting reviews including the music!

You are 100% correct with the ab track. I never had so much trouble maintaining a plank in my life. My immediate thought when I was told to go into a plank was..."are they insane... we just did shoulders".....haha

Thanks for track list and links. Enjoying this body pump. I have a problem with planks but getting there :) On shoulders our class swop to bar for last bit. If they is a way to make it a bit tougher for us Sue will find it.

hi there, nice review. found your site when i was searching for tracklists for bodypump.

we've been doing this release for about 1 1/2 weeks now. some cracking tunes on it, the lunge and back tracks especially!! the shoulders and chest are pretty hard this time round. as for the 12 bottom halfs on the squats, legs were burning after that.

We've been doing this BP for about 2 weeks now and I love it. It's a toughie, especially the chest track (I put my weights up too) and the shoulders track, but I'm really enjoying the challenge. The lunge track is fantastic, but I agree with your comments on the abs track. I have trouble with planks at the best of times, but this time it's my shoulders giving out rather than my abs!

I wasn't keen on the music to start off with, but it's really grown on me except for the shoulders track which I'm still not keen on. The timings seem odd.

I agree the abs workout is very weak in this pump 65. I actually find it all easier than the last one

Thank you Rick, I loved your comments on Bodypump 65 and I totally agree. And also found very useful the links with the tracks. In my opinion I find the abs series always very weak in every release. It is true that with the lunges series Bodypump is back again with all its strength.
" BIG " is not that bad, you can always adjust your load.
Thank you.
