Not quite the Aurora Borealis

Yesterday after having a meal at one of the resturants in town we walked along North Terrace to see the Northern Lights Exhibition. This is part of the Adelaide Arts Festival. In an original artistic approach, many of the older city buildings were used as a canvas for a visual display. The following photos will show that they took cues from the architecture and used powerful digital projectors to show them in a new light – no pun intended!
seems australia isn’t the cultural backwater i thought it might have been as so many of your posts show many interesting and exciting things to get involved in. i will seriously have to reconsider my prejudiced views about it!
