Yes, that’s a unnecessarily cryptic lead-in to announce that I have been successful at the first part of the Intensive Care Fellowship and will be attending the Clinical Section next month.
So this means that the work really starts here. Hopefully there is still sufficient time to get myself up to the required standard between now and then.
I’ll report progress as we go and how the Clinicals go. But this is an obstacle I’m glad to have hurdled, as even if I fail the Clinicals, I don’t have to do the Written section again, so either way this is a significant weight off.

Well done on getting results with the hard work. Shame you’re not here for that weekend as there’s a very good beer festival on and I’ll be using it to anesthetise some of the pain from recent pump classes.
