Sorchio Season … again
Posted on Monday 9th November 2009
A premature heatwave has spelt the end of spring in South Australia. With temperatures due to hit close to 40 by this weekend, we could be forgiven for thinking that time has jumped forward to February.
It has come as somewhat of a shock and it’s not just us who are suffering. The poor cats still haven’t fully moulted out their winter coats, and the poor fluffy animals have been lounging around languidly all day.
This is a taste of what’s to come, and a hint to go and buy some more summer clothes and stock up the fridge. Speaking of which, the global warming doomsayers have predictably been using the hot weather as an excuse to prophesise our imminent demise … again. I’m using it as an excuse to go and buy ice-cream.

You need an excuse to eat ice cream?
Let’s be honest……
Your cats lounge around all day whatever the weather.
